Lieutenant Colonel Francis X. Penny, III, 54, of Valrico entered into rest August 16, 2015. He retired from the United State Air Force after serving our country in Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. Francis is survived by his wife, Debbie Ella Penny; children, Francis Xavier Penny IV, Garrick Logan Addington and Arielle Nicole Camacho; grandchildren, Makayla Elizabeth Vega and Adrianna Marie Camacho; as well as a loving extended family and circle of friends. The family will receive friends 10-11 am Saturday, August 22 at Bell Shoals Baptist Church with a memorial service to follow at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Muscular Dystrophy or Cancer Research. Francis will be deeply missed by his family and friends, but will live on in their hearts and memories.
