

James Marion Cook, 86, of Temple Terrace, FL went home to be with the Lord, Aug. 17, 2022. A pharmacist for 37 years, he opened the Temple Terrace Walgreen's pharmacy in 1978. He was a caring person who always made people laugh with great jokes. In his younger years, he loved fishing with his brother Glynn. He enjoyed going to Gaspar's Patio Bar and Grill with his wife Ruby to have a drink with his good friends and adopted family. He adored watching movies with his daughter Debbie and was proud she became a pharmacist as well. As a big fan of the Buccaneers and Rays, he almost never missed a game.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Cook and Frances Morneault and 3 brothers Wilbur Jr., Billy and Glynn Cook.
Jim leaves behind his loving wife of 59 years, Ruby Cook; daughter Deborah Cook Eisenberg (Randy); son Charlie Cook; grandchildren, Max and Maddie Eisenberg, and Katie Cook. Jim dearly loved his family, especially his grandchildren who made him so proud. He will be dearly missed.
Due to his wishes, there will not be a funeral. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
