Junior was free spirited and always on the go. Junior loved life and especially the outdoors. He was a Landscape Specialist all his adult life and established a clientele he was very proud of and compassionate in providing service. Junior was talented with his hands and very creative in his work. He was a hard worker and always wanted to do his best in satisfying his customers who many also became his friend. Junior had this charisma and unique character about him that you just could not deny loving. Even if he did not know you, if he saw you were doing a project or something in your yard, he would approach you and offer to help you.
Junior has enjoyed fishing since he was a young toddler. His brother Billy taught him to fish along the Hillsborough River in Tampa. Little did anyone know, as Junior discovered fishing, this planted a seed in him that would carry on for his whole life and opened so many experiences for him that he could share with others. Junior was no stranger to anyone, he loved people and his friends. As Junior got older, he became a skilled fisherman. One of the most satisfying things about fishing to Junior was fishing with his friends and teaching young kids how to fish. Junior loved the challenge in catching Snook and was very skilled unlike any other in catching them. He is also known as the “Snook Master” and made the best snook nuggets.
Junior loved his daughters, grandchildren and his cat. He was baptized at Temple Heights Baptist church in Tampa. He often remarked how he had a relationship with God and would talk to him about his life and his situations. His faith in God grew stronger as he got older, and he liked to listen to Joel Osteen, Pastor, Televangelist and liked Angel figurines. Junior is and will be deeply missed by his family and friends and never forgotten. You can now rest in peace Junior. God is taking care of you. You are loved now and forever. We will reunite with you in heaven.
