Cliff Groves was born in Big Sky, Texas to Jack and Dorothy Groves on November 30, 1954. He went to school at both University of Florida for a Bachelor of Science and Emory University for a Bachelor of Medical Science. He graduated from University of Florida in 1977 and Emory University in 1980. He worked as a Surgical Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant, Manager of Medical Sales, and as a Ministry employee for Idlewild Baptist Church in Tampa, Florida. He was a dedicated congregational member of Idlewild Baptist Church, recreational pilot, avid fisherman, loyal Florida Gator, and devoted father, brother, and friend.
Cliff Groves is preceded in death by parents Jack and Dorothy Groves.
Cliff Groves is survived by Children: Ashley, Tyler, and Keaton Groves, Partner: Regina Beckman, and Brother and Sister: David Groves and Melanie Gray.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00am on Monday, September 23, 2024, at Idlewild Baptist Church in Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Wade Griffin of Idlewild Baptist Church officiating.
Cliff Groves was infinitely loved and will be eternally missed.
