Juana, who is predeceased by her beloved husband of 55 years, Ramon Reinaldo Garcia and predeceased son-in-law, Pedro V. Gonzalez-Anleo, is survived by her loving son and daughter and their spouses, Eduardo Garcia & Nancy and Elizabeth (Garcia) Brantley & David; along with her loving grandchildren and spouses, Amanda & Dan, Adara, Alexandra & Ryan, and Joey; and her cherished great grandchildren, Elias, Emilia, Juliet, and Mason.
Juana was a talented cook and restaurant owner along with her husband for over 30 years both in New York City and later moving to Tampa in 1976. For over 35 years she would cook traditional Cuban dishes for her family every Friday night, which continues to supply treasured memories for her family.
Juana was known for her bright smile, kindness and sense of humor which could make light of any situation. She will be missed by anyone lucky enough to have known her.
A very small private family service is being held to celebrate her life.
