Kimberly Ravin Bronco Bennett- Eady, age 41, of Lutz, Florida transitioned on Sunday, August 29, 2021.

Kimberly was born December 30, 1979 in the Bronx, New York, to her blessed parents, Mother (Ma): Wilhelmenia Bennett, Father: Franklin Eady, and her loving older brother, Derrick Bennett.

Kimberly (affectionately called Kim or Kimmie) was also divinely favored with a gracious step family: Monica Eady (Stepmother), Kha’mi (sister) and Da’mel (brother). Although she could not bear offsprings of her own, she cherished her precious nieces and nephews: Satarie (Satty), Soferri (Sofie), Davien and Dashton.

Kimberly was raised in the Bronx, New York, where she attended Stevenson High.

After obtaining her Undergraduate Degree at St. Lawrence University, she served in different capacities in the Medical Field, including Medical Residency Program Assistant at Albert Einstein Montefiore Medical Center. She also established a very productive career as a Visual UX/Designer, and was awarded multiple scholarships for her exceptional aptitude.

Upon relocating to Lutz, Florida, her tenacity soared as a brilliant Visual UXDesigner, Speaker/Panelist, and an avid Scleroderma/Systemic Sclerosis Patient Advocate.

Through her many advocacy channels, she presented in multiple forums, and served as an advisor to Medical Research Committees, to inform research studies, reform resources and improve the quality of lives of others afflicted by this chronic and progressive disease.

Indeed, she was an amazing gift to everyone who crossed her path during her appointed earthly tenure.

She was kind and thoughtful, witty and hilarious, beautiful and talented, superlatively creative, very insightful and irrefutably courageous; to name a few of her wonderful attributes.

She was loved sincerely and unconditionally, and she reciprocated love fervently and wholeheartedly.

As Kim would say, through it all, the adversities, obstacles, challenges, victories and losses, gain and pain; she was just ‘living her best life’.

Kim’s love and light will be dearly missed by all her loved ones: Parents, Brothers, Sisters, Aunts, Uncles, GrandParents, GrandAunts, GrandUncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, God-Children, Cherished Friends and Colleagues.

I am forever sorry for your loss, and will always remember Kimberly's strength, grace, and fearlessness. I had the good fortune to collaborate with Kimberly on stakeholder-driven research where she was a fierce advocate for people living with scleroderma/systemic sclerosis. She was often able to find the bright side of difficult situations, such as highlighting the creativity and determination expressed in the performance of daily tasks, despite the potentially overwhelming health complications due to scleroderma. I hope you are comforted in knowing that Kimberly was a cherished member of our team and that her contributions will have a long-lasting impact on the lives of others.

Kimberly,

My sweetest childhood friend. If you couldn’t go, my mother wouldn’t allow me to go. Many of days we played in the halls, played in the back park, took walks to Kipps Bay and just laughed. It was such a pleasure getting back in touch with you because you were always inspiring and transparent about your fight. Well hunni, you fought! And you did it with grace. You never complained when we talked and always remained optimistic. I take great pleasure in knowing you were in a place you enjoyed. You made Florida your home, and you were happy there. I am going to miss out text on our birthdays and each and every holiday. I love you, and will forever home you close to my heart.

You were such an inspiration in my life and I am forever grateful. You were my little sister although you always thought you were older and always try to tell me what to do. I will miss your wittiness and your beautiful laughter. I am missing you today and I will miss you always my Forever Friend!

When Kim lived in New York City, I had the pleasure of knowing her for the past 20 or so years. We enjoyed many great times of celebration with her father Frank, his wife Monica and their extended family. When Kim became ill, I would contact her and pray with her for God's healing grace. Kim was a phenomenal young woman who will be greatly missed. She has indeed fought the good fight, and finished her course. Rest in power young sister. 🙏
