

MCCALL, Larry Way, 93, of Tampa, went home to be with the Lord on May 5, 2014. He was born on July 30, 1920 in Reidsville, GA to the late Marcus and Holland Way McCall. Mr. McCall retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of faithful service. Throughout his military career, he served his country during WWII, Korea and the Cold War. He was co-owner of City Blue Print Company Inc. Mr. McCall was a 32nd Degree Master Mason, a Shriner, member of the American Legion Post 147 and a long-time member of Keystone United Methodist Church in Odessa. Larry loved flying planes and was an avid sailor. In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy McCall; a daughter, Beth Tedesco; great-grandson; Tyler Fortner Cadle and five siblings. He is survived by his loving wife, Alice R. McCall; daughters, Nancy (Robert Young) McCall and Kelli (Jessie) Copeland; his son, David Haddix; and grandchildren, Tracy (Daniel) Fortner Manchester, Rick Fortner, and Emily and Jacob Copeland. Also surviving are his great-granddaughters, Codiebeth, Beth and Jessica Fortner; and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Keystone United Methodist Church, 16301 Race Track Rd., Odessa, FL 33556. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Thursday from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow the service in Keystone United Methodist Church Cemetery.
