Linda Anne Kolsen, 69, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2025. Born on September 3, 1955, in Islip, NY, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Linda was a cherished member of her community. She graduated from West Babylon High School in 1973 and married her high school sweetheart, Ron, on January 26, 1975.
In 1991, Linda, Ron, and their two children moved to Lutz, Florida, where she became an active and proud resident. Linda dedicated many years to the financial industry, holding various roles until her retirement in 2019. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, Ron; her beloved puppies, Lily and Jesse; her son, Chris (Jonilyn); and her daughter, Kimberly (Bill). She was a proud grandmother to Dylan, William, and Chase, and a bonus grandma to Isaac, Isabel, and Cali. Linda was also a dear friend to many.
Visitation will be held at Blount and Curry Funeral Home on February 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Hillsborough County Humane Society in Linda's memory.
