Murray Silver, 89, passed away on March 13, 2016 in Florida surrounded by family. Murray is survived by his two daughters Jeanette (Joseph) Minero, Sharon (Jack) Orbin; six grandchildren Jeanice, Janel, Joseph Murray, Natalie, Daniel, Matthew; three great-grandchildren Hannah, Jenna, and Michael Jr.
Murray was born on March 31, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York to Sam and Rebecca Silver. He married the love of his life, Jean Silver and moved to Tampa, Florida. Murray loved God, his family, and his friends.
A funeral is scheduled for Wednesday, March 16, 2016 from 10am-12pm at Blount & Curry Funeral Home - Carrollwood, followed by a 1pm Interment at Garden Memories Cemetery, with a reception honoring Murray at the Orbin Residence thereafter. Rabbi Jason Rosenberg will be the officiant. All are welcome to attend and honor Murray's life.
