HALL, Richard Allen, 46, passed away February 21, 2019 with his family by his side. He was a Tampa native, class of 1990 Robinson High School. Richard was an Inspector Gadget, he could fix anything. He was a McGyver working with electrical, plumbing, construction, and auto mechanics, RC cars.
He worked as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry, and in his free time enjoyed fishing and boating, a pastime he had shared with his father.
Richard is predeceased by his father, William R Hall. Richard is survived by his mother, Mary Elaine Gerald and husband David, sister, Lisa Ann Ballard and husband Patrick, nieces Katelyn and Grace Ballard, girlfriend, Betty Jo Rieger and her son Timothy Rieger, extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held Monday, February 25th at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park, 4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.
