William Richard Downey, age 81, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. William was born April 30, 1941.
A committal service with military honors for William will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 S. W. 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
