William James (Bill) Olver, 84, passed away June 1, 2022. A native of Canada, Bill came to the U.S. as a young man after serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force. He made his home in California and from 1992 in Florida. Bill loved family and travel and was a self-educated man and a voracious reader with a wide range of interests.
Bill is survived by his wife Joy Olver; children Billy Olver (Christina), Mark Olver (Annie), Todd Olver, Tonya Jordan (Mark), and Mike Hinnant (Jena); sister Elaine Curry; brother Fergie Olver (Susie); and by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services, to be determined, will be private.
