PULEO, William “Billy”, 67, born in New York City and raised in West Tampa, peacefully passed away at home February 18, 2019. Billy was preceded in death by his father, Joseph O Puleo, mother Dorothy Lewis, brothers; Angelo Puleo, Joseph Puleo, Ross Puleo, Sr, and sister, Rosemary Puleo- Alvarez. He is survived by brothers; Philip C. Puleo and Paul Joseph, three generations of nieces and nephews that includes Ross Puleo Jr, who was like a brother to Billy.
Billy was currently employed for Premier Supply Company, where he has worked for over 25 years. Weekends off from work were spent in his recliner, drinking Diet Pepsi while watching T.V. “Uncle Bill” was the favorite uncle to three generations of numerous nieces and nephews.
This grumpy kindhearted man enjoyed time spent with family; birthday celebrations, school performances, sporting events, and being Santa at Christmas. He will be missed by all who loved him. Services will be private when Billy is laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery next to his father. You are encouraged to drink a Diet Pepsi in his memory.
