James is preceded in death by his parents Steve and Francis Kaderka; his brothers Edward, Louis and Clifton; his sisters Agnes Berry and Mary Kruse. Also, his brother-in-laws Johnnie Kruse and Curtis Ging along with his sister-in-law Betty Kaderka, and his grandsons Matthew and Timothy.
James is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Evelyn Polasek Kaderka. They were blessed with three children: Debbie Kaderka, Nathan (wife Crystal) and Amanda (husband Dave). Their grandchildren include Amber (husband Jason Vrana), April Kaderka, Shelby Kaderka and Jonathan Wilkins. Sister-in-laws include Tracie Ging, Janet (husband Dwight Blahuta) and Erika Kaderka. Brother-in-laws include Gilbert Polasek (wife Patricia) Jerry Polasek (wife Gina) and Dean Berry. Also numerous nieces and nephews along with some greats.
James and Evelyns extended family includes Debra and Jimmy Cavanaugh, their daughter Caitlin, her husband Corey Scruggs and their boys Lincoln and Laramie. Also, Karson Bradshaw along with Mike, Michelle and sons Jacob and Thomas Matthews. All of whom have been such a wonderful blessing to our family.
James worked for Williamson County Road and Bridge, Hutto High School, Johns Hospital and the Granger ISO where he retired after 13 years of service. He was a hard worker and a good listener. Anyone, young or old, could ask for his advice and not be disappointed. He will be truly missed by all who came to know and respect him.
James was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1973. He served the only true God, Jehovah, for 50 years. He enjoyed an active ministry alongside Evelyn where they would call on neighbor's and friends to offer encouragement, council and hope from the Bible.
James Paul Kaderka now rests peacefully, sure of his hope, that God will wake him from sleep into the new world that Jehovah has promised through his son Christ Jesus.
Memorial Services will be at Saturday Jan 27, 2024 at 2pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses in Taylor, TX. Following the services there will be a dinner at the Granger School Cafeteria at 200 N Colorado St Granger, TX.
