Joe Linzey Gray

Joe Linzey Gray age 75 of New Tazewell was born September 20, 1941 and passed away on December 4, 2016. He was a member of Lone Holly Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents Tom Schultz Gray and Hazel Bolden Gray. Four brothers: Otis Gray, Emmitt Gray, Schultz Gray and Al Thomas Gray. One sister: Eula Lee Gray.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years Patricia Gray of New Tazewell, TN. His daughters Hazel Irene Gray and Katelyn Maiden Gray both of New Tazewell, TN and son Steven Sabo of New Tazewell, TN. One grandson Andrew Linzey Sandifer of Harrogate, TN. Two brothers Charlie Gray and Jerry Gray both of Tazewell, TN. Mother-in=law Opal Sabo of Tazewell, TN. Brothers-in-law Carl Matthews, Fred Sabo, Andy and wife Renee Sabo all of Tazewell, TN and Gary Sabo of Harrogate, TN. Special friends: The Lemons Family, James Dellinger and Tasha Bolton. As well as a host of nieces, nephew, other family and friends.

The family will receive friends Wednesday December 7th from 5 until 8 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Thursday December 8th at 2 P.M. in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow in Margraves Cemetery.
