Joy Evelyn Payne went home to be with Our Lord February 7, 2011 at 4:50 A.M. at University of Tennessee Medical Center. She was born May 4, 1939. She was saved and baptized January 21, 1951 at Cave Springs Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Carlie and Juanita Ingle Rowland of Tazewell, TN

She is survived by her Daughter and Son-in-law: Bonita (Fred) Prichard

Sister: Wilma (Steve) Eldridge

Brothers Wayne (Barbra) Rowland

Jack (Jean) Rowland

sister-in-law: June (Ronnie) Anderson

Ruby Greer all of Tazewell

Rosie Payne of Lafayette, Ind.

and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday February 10, 2011 from 5 until 7 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home chapel in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 7 P.M. Thursday night in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service Friday February 11, 2011 at 1 P.M. in the Cave Springs Cemetery
