KNOCHE, Jack Frederick, 87, of Temple Terrace, entered into rest July 27, 2015. He was born in Chicago, IL to his parents Frederick and Helen Knoche. Jack graduated from Plant High School and the University of Florida where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. He worked in Personnel Management for V.C. Chemical, W.T. Edwards TB Hospital, retiring from the State of Florida, HRS. Jack was a member of Civitan, the Tampa Masonic Lodge and a longtime member of the Temple Terrace United Methodist Church. He was also an avid Gator football fan. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Hilda “Becky” Knoche; daughters, Mary Alison (Scott) Anderson and Jolynn (Todd) Sessions; grandchildren, Tyler Anderson, Amanda (Christian) Ward, Sarah, Rebecca and Rachel Sessions. The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 29th at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, followed by a funeral service at 1p.m. at Temple Terrace United Methodist Church. Interment will take place in Laurel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Carthage, MS. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the TTUMC Memorial Fund.
