

Tonisha Lynn Singletary, age 40, of Zephyrhills, Florida passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. She was born June 22, 1984, in Dade City, Florida the daughter of Linda F. Coney and Anthony D. Singletary.
Tonisha was raised in Trilby, FL and attended school in both Dade City and Tampa, FL. The duality of fast-paced city ambition and laid-back recluse country living, helped create and shape a well-rounded mindset and way of living, which was passed down to the four greatest loves of her life, her children.
An entrepreneur at heart, she found her calling as a healer, curating personalized teas, and making sea moss, oils, and tinctures.
Preceded in death by her beloved Mudea and PopPop, Albert and Juanita Harpe, who helped raise her as well as her paternal grandparents, Odessa Singletary Lyons, Dorothy Jones, Roy Bastian Sr., James Coney Sr., and Carrie M. Coney.
Tonisha leaves to cherish her memory husband, James Day, Sr.; children, Jace Ella Day, James Edward Day, Jr., Jameon Elias Day, and Jru Emmett Day; Bonus children, Dylan and Malik; Grandson, Amir; parents, Linda Coney, James Coney, Jr., Anthony Singletary and Shema Singletary; mother-in-love, Betty Pearson; Uncle, Lionel Harpe; Aunt/Sister, LaJuana Harpe; brother, James T. Coney; sisters, Whittney Singletary, Toni Singletary, Amanie Singletary, Teiane Garcia, Kayla Garcia, and Lauren Scantling; brother-in-law, Thomas (Alicia) Day; sister-in-law, Amy Day-Jackson; nieces and nephews, Shania, Jaiden, Thomas, Jalen, Kyla, Twain, Davian, Taniya, Andron, Kylon, JahZara, Kaden, Messiah, JaNyla, Kloë, Madison, Tailynn, Nyton, and Malia; best friend Tiffany Nelson; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and sorrowing family and friends.
Family visitation and funeral will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025 starting at 11 am at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks, 12690 N. 56th Street, Temple Terrace, FL 33617.
