Graveside services for Carl L. Morgan, 65 of Terrell, TX will be on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 11:30 am at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple, TX. Carl was born on November 15, 1956 in Killeen to Wilbur and Mary L. Morgan. He passed away Sunday, October 3, 2021 in Temple, TX surrounded by his family, friends and his loyal and faithful dog, Mouse. He retired from Fine Line Metal Fabricators, Inc. on July 30, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janis Morgan; his stepfather, Herbert Hill; his mother, Mary L. Hill; and his sister, Mary Ann Newell. Survivors include his brother-in-law, Robert (Bob) Newell of Temple; his oldest niece Pauline Kline and her children: Nicole Barnes and husband, Frank,; Selima Barlow, and Jamie Kline of San Antonio; his middle niece Kathy Manson and husband John Manson of Moody and their daughters, Jennifer and Samantha Manson, and youngest niece Bobbie Newell of Morgan's Point. He also left behind six great-great nieces: Kayleigh Barlow, Avery Sienna, Layla, and Gwendolyn Barnes, and Briar Klinko. Other survivors include Randy and Linda Morgan and their two children and best friends Larry and Danna Falkenburg.
