Greg was born in Olympia, Washington in 1951. He was the third child of George and Fern Koloroutis. Greg graduated from Ayer High School in Ayer, Massachusetts in 1969 and graduated from American Technological University in 1975. He was an “army brat” and followed his family to Central Texas upon his dad’s retirement from the US Army. Greg had a work ethic like no other and excelled in every position he held. He recently retired after a career with the Dwyer Group and was enjoying the “good life” spending more free time with friends and family.
Greg loved each of his five kids with all of his heart. He adored his five (soon to be 6) grandchildren. He was so proud of his family and would share this with anyone he met. Greg was incredibly charismatic and was able to gain the love and respect of any who had the opportunity to meet him. He had the amazing ability to openly share his belief and love of God with everyone around him. Greg studied God’s word diligently throughout his life and was a teacher to many all over the world. Greg loved to play golf with his friends, sons and grandsons. He had a passion for food inherited from his mother and would take every opportunity to discuss a new restaurant, recipe or method of cooking.
Greg is preceded in death by his parents George and Fern Koloroutis, his brother Steve Treiber, and his niece Rachael Koloroutis.
He is survived by his daughter Kathryn Koloroutis, his son Adam Koloroutis, wife Amber Koloroutis, children Nolan and Brynlee, daughter Sheerah Flores, husband Mario Flores, daughter Juliette, daughter Lillian Marder, husband Drew Marder, children Eli and Mila, and son David Koloroutis, wife Sarah Koloroutis. Greg is also survived by his sister Mary Koloroutis and brother George Koloroutis and their children.
