Mike Fox

Mike was born on October 8, 1947 in Lockhart, Texas to James Marvin Fox, Jr. and Orchid Madorra Boiles Fox. He graduated from Richfield High School in Waco, Texas and entered the Navy in 1964 in Waco, Texas. He was medically dicharged in 1965 and worked for Safeway Food Store, where he was the manager, for over 20 years. He also worked as a truck driver and most recently as a master electrician.

Mike married Judy Cooper on November 3, 1984 in Little River, Texas. Mike loved the outdoors and cooking BBQ, but his greatest passion was his love for his yard, often spending hour upon hour manicuring it to perfection.

His love for his yard and the outdoors was only surpassed for his love for his family. Mike is survved by his loving wife of nearly 30 years, Judy. He is also survived by his two sons, Shane and his wife Jude, and Matthew and his wife Ellen, two daughters, Staci Peck and Syndi Lou Reyes,and his grandchildren, Ashleah,Gavin,Ryane,Roman,Mason,Lexi,Michael,Jack, Madorra, Synthia, Taylor, and Scotty, and two sisters and one brother.

Graveside Services for Mike will be Wednesday at 11:00 am at Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple, Texas. A visitation will be held on Tuesday evening for 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Temple.
