Services for Winona Pyburn Doughty will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home Chapel in Temple. She died Wednesday, Jan 12, 2011 in a Temple nursing home. Burial will follow at Rogers Cemetery in Rogers.
Winona was born March 6, 1931 in East Bell County to John Millird Pyburn and Oma L. McGuire Pyburn. She graduated from Rogers High School. She married Donald Doughty Oct 6, 1950 in Temple. She was a member of Avenue T Church of Christ. She worked at Baugh Shoe Factory and Mobil Chemical as well as being a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, two sons Ronald Doughty of Temple and Larry Doughty of Temple; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Temple.
