

Vera Inez (Tutu) Hall died August 8, 2011 at her residence in Temple, Texas. She was born December 2, 1919 to parents Macom Monroe Adkinson and Haza Cosson in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. In August 1935, she married Hubert Pryor Hall in DeFuniak Springs. She made a home in several states to follow her husband’s employment until they settled in Temple, Texas in 1955.
In the 1960's, Inez was an “avid” bowler and cherished he memories of bowling an almost perfect score of “299".
Inez worked in Temple, Texas as a clerk at the Sears Store, and as a front desk clerk at the Holiday Inn and the Ponderosa Motor Inn, until her retirement in the late 1980's.
She loved her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and Persian cat, “Misty”.
Inez is preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Pryor Hall and her daughter, Roberta Hall Browne.
She is survived by granddaughters, Tamsen Loette Browne-Reed, Pamala Leah Browne, and Samantha Ann Mikeska; and great-grand children, Lucas Manolito La Doux, Hanna Corynne Reed, Savannah Morgana Browne and Gillian Rhys Browne.

Graveside services will be held in DeFuniak Springs, Florida at the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church cemetery on Sunday, August 14, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Temple is in charge of local arrangements.
