Allen Eugene Marlow, 76, of Terre Haute, passed away on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on June 5, 1938, in Vigo County, to Eugene and Arretta (Ellis) Marlow. Allen retired from being an auto mechanic for many years. He worked part-time at Gander Mountain. He was a member of the Sycamore Bass Club.
Allen is survived by his son, Randy Marlow and his fiancée Angi Kuykendall; daughter Debbie Marlowand her partner Pam Watson of Lafayette; granddaughter Marlena Pohlman and husband Ted; great-grandchildren, Teddy, Elizabeth, and Lily; a sister, Jane Marlow, a brother, Jimmy Marlow and wife Phyllis and family; brother-in-law David Piker and wife Jenny; nephew Matthew Piker, two nieces Alicia Hosey and family and Kim Smoot and family.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Gloria Marlow; his parents; and a sister Alice Faye Winney.
Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 17 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home.
