Charles is survived by his wife of 20 years, Vickie Sipe of Clinton; sons, Charles Sipe Jr., William Sipe , Matthew Sipe, and Davin Howard; and grandsons, Matthew Sipe Jr. and Jaden Sipe. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Charles proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of the American Legion, Izaak Walton League of America; and the Wounded Warriors. He retired from Eli Lilly after 28 years of service. Charles was an avid Indiana basketball fan. He loved to fish, go mushroom hunting, and gardening. He built model cars, tinkered, and built various things in his spare time. Charles enjoyed listening to Elvis, watching the news, and the History Channel.
Visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 8 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home.
