Hallie Mae (Deardurff) Smith, 73, of Terre Haute, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at Meadows Manor North. She was born on November 5, 1940, in Ohio, to Frank E. Deardurff, Sr. and Eunice Ordell McCullough. Hallie enjoyed being a professional homemaker. She loved to crochet, knit, embroider, and cook. She collected teddy bears. Hallie was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene where she taught Sunday School for many years.
She is survived by her children: Charles Loren Smith; Danny Lee Smith; Loren Frances Smith, Jr.; Jimmy Smith; and Cindy Marie Smith; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; and brothers
She was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Smith; and her parents.
