Jack was a member of The F.O.P. and Wabash Valley Rodders. His favorite hobby was working on old cars and he loved to tell jokes. Jack never knew a stranger.
He is survived by his wife Crisencia F. Collins, sons Martin Collins, Larry Collins, Jackie Collins Jr. a daughter Donna Collins, a brother Bud Collins and a sister Rosie Collins. He also has 8 grand children, 7step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rita Collins, his second wife Donna Collins, his parents Jack and Flossie Collins, a brother Robert Collins, two sisters Joann Riggs, and Ethel Gilbert, and a son Lenny Collins.
Services will be Thursday Dec.5, 2013, at 2 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be 11-2PM at the funeral home on Thursday. Burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Park.
