He was born on April 1, 2015 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Jennifer K. and Charles M. Phillips.
Jackson was a very happy child who loved to laugh. He enjoyed chasing the dogs and watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. Not quite 2 yet, he already knew how to count to 12 and was beginning to recognize letters. He absolutely loved being a big brother to his younger brother, Cole.
He is preceded in death by his great grandpa, Mark Ralston, and his aunt, Olivia Smith-Jones.
He is survived by his loving parents and brother, Cole Hercules Phillips, as well as many other beloved family members.
A visitation will be held at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park.
