Janice Ruth Morgan

Janice Ruth Morgan, 79, passed away April 30, 2016 at River Pointe Health Campus in Evansville, Indiana. She was born November 30th, 1936 in Vermillion County, Indiana, to the late Frank and Jennie Ford. Janice graduated from Dana High School in 1954. She was a registered nurse, graduating from Union Hospital School of Nursing at Terre Haute, Indiana in 1957. She was also a faithful Pastor’s wife, being married to Ted G. Morgan for 60 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers, John and Orville, and a sister, Ann Fairfield. She is survived by her husband, Ted, daughter Joyce (Mrs. Bob Stephenson), grandsons Alec and Ian Stephenson, granddaughter Emily (Mrs. Bob Unis), and three great grandchildren, Aubrey Unis, Isaac Stephenson, and Owen Stephenson. She is also survived by her brother Ralph Ford of Crawfordsville, Indiana, and sister, Miriam McDowell of Tucson, Arizona, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home with Reverend William Dawson officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. A committal service will follow services at Roselawn Memorial Park.
