Josh is survived by his parents; his brother, Adam Starbuck and wife Jenna of Terre Haute; sister, Emily Starbuck of Terre Haute; niece, Mia Starbuck; aunt, Kathleen Wall; uncle, Matt Wall; uncle, Randy Starbuck and wife Denise; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Gene and Lois Starbuck, Emma and Vincent Wall; infant sister, Kathryn Starbuck; and uncles, Tom Wall and Robert Wall.
Josh was a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School. He liked to play guitar. He enjoyed watching movies and listening to music.
