Judy Roxanne Fulk, 86, of Fort Thomas, Kentucky, passed away surrounded by love and family. She was born on January 3, 1939, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the daughter of Kenneth Dean Churchill and Lillian Genevieve Bousman Churchill.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved brother, Jackie Joe Churchill, who passed away at the age of six.
She is survived by her children, Carl L. Fulk, Jr. (Cindy), James J. Fulk (Kim), Kenneth A. Fulk, and Kerri R. Fulk. Judy was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who loved her dearly and brought her endless joy throughout her life.
She is also survived by her loving and devoted longtime companion, Kenneth Tatum, who gave her many years of love, support, and happiness.
Judy will be laid to rest at Roselawn Memorial Park in Terre Haute, Indiana, following a private family gathering. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her honor.
Her warmth, kindness, and strength will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
