Larry Wayne Stark

Larry W. Stark, 74, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away Friday morning, June 10, 2016 at Union Hospital from natural causes. Larry was born May 12, 1942 to Wayne and Pauline Stark in Terre Haute, Indiana. He graduated from St. Anthony's High School in Effingham, Illinois in 1960. On January 11, 1964, Larry married the love of his life Judy Hakman. Larry retired from Novellis (Alcan) in 2001 where he worked as a maintenance mechanic.

Larry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Judy Stark, and by his seven children Jeff Stark (Lori), Laura Archer (Bryan), Dean Stark, Eric Stark (Diane), Lisa Stark, Amy Craft (Mark), Cindy Hewitt (Tom) and his 13 grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Stark, and his parents Wayne and Pauline Stark. A visitation will be held at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home located at 4660 Lafayette Ave, Terre Haute, IN 47805 from 4 to 8 P.M. on Monday, June 13, 2016. A memorial service officiated by Pastor Shawn Riggs will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Mattox-Wood funeral home followed by a burial service at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Larry Stark Memorial Fund. Donation envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
