

Mary Lou was born in Kentucky, on February 22, 1928, to Carrie Morrow Suter and Arlen Suter.
She was married to James (Jim) Church who was the love of her life. They enjoyed camping, water skiing and good times with family and friends.
Mary Lou owned her own Beauty Salon, Lou’s Beauty salon. Her salon was in her home, where she was able to work at home and raise her daughters at the same time.
She is survived by her two daughters: Brenda Burton of Orlando, FL and Linda Mattox of Terre Haute; her grandchildren: Chuck Pence, Troy Pence, Nicolette Burton, Amy (Mattox) Warner, and Adam Mattox; great grandchildren: Lauren Pence, Gage Pence, Zakk Pence, Aiden Pence, Chase Romaldo, Cooper Warner, Colt Warner, and Cali Warner; along with her sister, Anne Randolph of Terre Haute.
Mary Lou loved the outdoors and enjoyed working in her yard and garden. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She was like having a big playmate to them.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Jim, Brothers Bud Suter, Bill Suter, Bob Suter and Jack Suter, as well as Joe Mattox her son-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Monday April 18, 2022 from 11am - 1pm at Westlawn Cemetery. Service will begin at 1pm with Pastor John Turner officiating, with a burial to follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Farmersburg, Indiana.
