Ronald Eugene Grindle

Ronnie E. Grindle,70 of Terre Haute, IN passed away on Febuary 12, 2013 at 10:30 PM at his residence. Ronnie was born on September 21,1942 to William and Evelyn Grindle in Terre Haute, IN. Ronnie loved to farm before he met his wife of 27 years Becky who he married on June14,1985. Ronnie and Becky where married for 27 years.After they were married Ronnie started working for the Laborers Union Local #204 for 35 years. Ronnie loved to watch ISU womens basketball and watched the Pacers with Becky. He also loved his garden and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of The Rio Grande Baptist Church. Ronnie loved playing cards.

Survivors are his wife of 27 years Becky Grindle, sons Tim Grindle and a daughter Carole Grindle, step sons Robert D.Wright and wife Amy, Craig M. Wright and wife Angie, Eric T. Wright and wife Jennifer, step daughters, Peggy Killion and husband Mark, Kayanna Stultz and husband Matt. Sisters, Aletha Mace and husband John and Junilla Webster and a brother Larry Grindle and wife Mary. Grandchildren, Marley Wright Issac Wright, Olivia Wright, Ethan Wright, Hunter Stultz, Madason Merritt, Alyson Stultz, Austin Menser, Owen Wright, Allen Mensel, Erica Wright, Ashton Killion, Lindsey Grindle, Joseph Donnell, Leslie Donnell, "Best Buddys" Joe Manuel and Max Gibson. He had 2 greatgrandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, William and Evelyn, brothers Woody Grindle Sr. and a sister Leah King.

Services will be Friday at 10 AM at Roselawn Funeral Home with a visitation Thursday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Matt Larimer and Rev. Mark Thompson.
