Susan Elizabeth Mooney

Suzie enjoyed martial arts and was awarded a green belt at Mr. Minton's Martial Arts Studio. She was a proud member of the Bobby Vinton Fan Club, and loved listening to country music. After moving to 12 Points in 1970, she was often seen walking to Vi's Café on Lafayette Avenue. She never met a stranger, and left a lasting impression with everyone she met. Her beautiful smile and sweet ways will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph P. Mooney, and mother, Lois E. Mooney (Clark).

She leaves behind her brother, Robert J. Mooney of Danville, Illinois and sister, Alyce L. Mullen of Terre Haute. Also, her nieces and nephews: Andrea S. Lake (Reeder), Jeff A. Reeder, Sarah L. Cook (Nicholas) and Bryan T. Skipo, many great nieces and nephews, cousins and numerous friends that Suzie has met along the way.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 1 PM in the Chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home, with Pastor Larry Lilly officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until time of services.
