Tiffany Ann Moore was born November 26, 1987 in Smithtown, New York, the daughter of Thomas and Lisa Luppens Moore.
Tiffany was a 2008 graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School. She attended Calvary Temple; had worked at the Antique Dairy Queen on Davis Ave; she enjoyed spending time at the Happiness Bag where she played Basketball and Volleyball and helping her friends. Tiffany also attended day programs at DSI where she developed many friendships; and enjoyed playing Bingo. Special Olympic Events and her dogs held a special place in Tiffany's heart.
Survivors include her parents; brothers, James P. Moore and wife Crystal, Joseph A. Moore and Tommy Moore, all of Terre Haute; maternal grandfather, James Luppens of New York; aunts and uncles, Joanne Slater of Paris, IL., James and Lilianne Luppens, Margaret Terrible, Tom and Desiree Aiello, Keith Luppens, all of New York; her longtime boyfriend, Eddie Elder; nephews, Anthony, Keaton, and Collin Moore; and many special cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Margaret Luppens; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Florence Moore Jr., her sister Alexis A. Moore; and an uncle Raymond Moore.
Private family services will be held, with interment at Roselawn Memorial Park. A public Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, and will be announced in the Tribune Star. Memorials in Tiffany's memory may be shared with the Happiness Bag, 3833 Union Road, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802.
