William Michael Conway

William was born in April of 1950, in Terre Haute, to John and Virginia Conway. He went on to attend and graduate from Garfield High School in 1969. After graduating he went on to work as a Machine Operator at Columbian Home Products for 46 years.

William enjoyed spending time with his many cats, loved spending time with his family, had lots of friends, never meeting someone who did not like him, he was genuinely a good person, loved to have a good time, and has been described by family as a “big kid”.

William is survived by his siter Gloria Mitchell (Randy Winkler); sister-in-law Connie Conway; nieces and nephews Dennis (Kristine), Shane, and Michael (Nicole); and several great nephews.

William is preceded by his parents John Dennis Conway and Virginia (Screen) Conway, the love of his life Glenda Campbell, brother John Conway, brother-in-law William Mitchell, and niece Jeanna McClain.

A visitation will be held Monday, May 12, 2025 at Roselawn Funeral Home from 11a.m. to 1p.m. with services to follow. Following services William will be entombed at Roselawn Memorial Park.
