

Wilma is survived by her husband of 67 years, Dale Stark of Terre Haute; a daughter, Angela K. Mitchell of Terre Haute; three grandchildren, Bryson Mitchell, April Thompson, and Alicia Mitchell; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a daughter, Linda Dale Johnson.
Wilma was a graduate of Clinton High School. She was a member of North Terre Haute Christian Church and East Side Church of Christ. Wilma was a Liberty Belle and also took on a job like Rosie the Riveter making bomb parts during WWII. She could recite the Gettysburg Address word for word. Wilma worked for General Telephone. She was also a beautician with her own shop in her home. Wilma was an excellent homemaker and enjoyed sewing. A naturally cheerful person, Wilma was always whistling or singing. She also liked to garden. Wilma could take a start off of any plant and grow it to full size.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, July 14 at Roselawn Funeral Home. Services will be held at noon on Friday, at the funeral home with John Montgomery officiating.
