Patsy Ann Milligan

Patsy Ann Milligan, of Terrell, passed away March 10, 2015 at her home. Patsy was born January 18, 1952 in Chambersburg, PA and she lived and traveled all over the United States. Patsy loved to see the beautiful views that each state had to offer and she was able to visit 27 different states. She enjoyed relaxing with family and friends especially with her best friend and soulmate, Chris Anderson with whom she spent the happiest times of her life. Patsy was a devoted friend whose loyalty was unquestioned. Upon meeting any other person they became, in less than five minutes, an instant friend. Her easy going personality and wonderful sense of humor will be cherished memories by those who knew her. Patsy is survived by her loving companion, Chris Anderson; children: Tammy Collins and Jenny Collins, both of Pennsylvania; four grandchildren and one great grandchildren as well as a host of friends and other extended family members. A celebration of Patsy’s life will be planned by her family at a later date.
