Barbara Ann Johnston, 67, of Texarkana, AR died May 20, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Johnston was born February 6, 1951 in Texarkana, AR. She was a member of South Texarkana Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean Ray Johnston, Sr.

Survivors include her sons, Dean Ray Johnston, Jr. and David Alan Johnston; and daughter, Christina Dawn Wade all of Texarkana; brothers, Malvin McKinney of Fouke, AR, Benjamin McKinney of Texarkana, AR and William McKinney of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren, Brittany Dawn Wade, Kyra Marie Wade, Daniel Johnston and Dakota Johnston; two great grandchildren, Payton Marie James of Texarkana, AR and Jaxon Johnston of Colorado Springs, CO.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 3 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Rocky Mound Cemetery under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.

Family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at the funeral home.
