Survivors are one son and daughter-in-law Kelvin and Jessica Lewis of Texarkana; one grandson Hayden Lewis of Texarkana; one sister Rebecca Lewis of Texarkana; three nephews Monty and Brandon Lewis and Deonte Prim all of Texarkana; plus numerous other relatives.
Memorial service will be 2 P.M. Thursday at South Texarkana Baptist Church.
