Mr. Posey was born May 30, 1937 in Mena,Arkansas. He was retired from Lance Incorporated and spent his last years operating his own paint and body shop. Mr. Posey was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include his wife , Mary Posey of Texarkana, Arkansas; two sons, Ronnie Posey of Dothan, Alabama and Tim Posey of Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Posey is also survived by two grandchildren, Jana Roberts and Jeremy Posey both of Dothan, AL. and one great-grandson, Kannon Patrick Roberts of Dothan, Alabama; sister Melba Stafford of Ashdown, Arkansas along with numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 Monday night at East Funeral Home-Downtown
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Harmony Grove Cemetery with Rev. E.W. Hancock and Rusty Gilliam officiating.
Services are under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
