Mr. Owen was born November 13, 1956 in Texarkana,Arkansas. He was retired from Shady Pines RV Sales in Texarkana.
Survivors include his wife Melanie Owen; 3 sons; Michael , Chris and Tommy Owen. Mr. Owen is also survived by 4 daughters; Kim Johnston, Valari Owen, Kendra King and Kasie Eyestone and his father Bill Brooks and 9 grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Fairveiw Methodist Church in Texarkana, Ar.
