Survivors include his wife, Wilma Teague of Nash, TX; and one son, David Teague, Jr. of Texarkana, AR.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
A memorial graveside will be 2pm, Saturday September 4, 2021 at Harmony Grove Cemetery.
