Preceded in death by his wife Eleanor Williams.
Survived by two sons and daughters -in-law Tony and Brenda Williams and Randy and Becky Williams both of Texarkana, AR. One granddaughter Megan Williams of Texarkana, AR. Plus many other nieces, nephews and family.
Graveside funeral service will be 2 P.M. Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery officiated by Brother Brent Philyaw.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
