Dorothy M. Nolte, 85, of Texarkana, AR passed October 24, 2010 in a local hospital. Mrs. Nolte was born September 24, 1925 in Texarkana, AR. She was a member of Mandeville Baptist Church; member of the Order of the Eastern Star; and a retired bank teller and GTE operator.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Carl E. Nolte of Texarkana, AR; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Ron Townsend of Texarkana, TX; granddaughters, Lauren Amber Futrell of Frisco, TX and Dr. Monica E. Townsend of Texarkana, TX; and nephew, Tommy Fincher of Little Rock, AR.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m., Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at East Memorial Gardens with Rev. James Ross officiating.
Burial is under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
