

Earl "Royce" Kinsey, age 80, of Texarkana, Texas passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021. Royce was born January 5, 1941 in Midland, TX. He was a member of Eylau Hills Baptist Church. Royce was a retired deputy sheriff of Dallas County. Served several years on the Genoa volunteer fire dept. He was past owner of Kinsey Concrete and Remodeling. Also retired from East Funeral Home after over 10 years of service. Enjoyed golf. Loved his family and also his puppy Axel. He was also a dedicated pastor to many families and friends who did not ever meet a stranger.
Preceded in dearth by his wife Sandra Kinsey of 59 years; parents Earl Raymond Kinsey and Lilean (Gammy Gammy); one daughter and son-in-law Robyn and Jim Womble; sister-in-law Freda Kinsey and brother-in-law Randy Bremer.
Survivors are three daughters Alden Stewart of Texarkana, TX. Deenda Etheridge of Jacksonville, TX. and Carmen Shoup of Texarkana; one son Larry Kinsey; one brother Clyde Kinsey of Midland, TX. and sister Glenda Bremer of Flower Mound, TX; one niece Holland Kinsey of Midland, TX; 7 grandchildren Christopher, Brysen Stewart, Holly Rawlins, Paige Wood, Cassidy Whalen, Wyndham Dean, Jeannakaye Hipp; 9 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday January 8 2022 at East Funeral Home-Downtown.
