Felix Rafael Cabrera

Felix Rafael Cabrera, 65, of Texarkana, TX passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013 in a Little rock, AR hospital. He was born on June 26, 1948 in Mayaquez, Puerto Rico. Mr. Cabrera was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from th U.S. Postal Service and was a catholic attending Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors included his wife of 45 years Mildred Cabrera; son, Jose Cabrera; four daughters Mildred Cabrera, Carmen Cabrera,Maria Cabrera and Rosa Cabrera; parents Rafael and Gloria Cabrera; sister, Gloria Otero; two grandchildren, Sabrina and Rodrick Craig and many extended family and friends.

Felix was a loving father, husband, and grandfather. He was very social and a family man. He was a retired veteran from the army and carried on as a full time father of five children. He was the light that filled a room.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 am Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Rev. Mike Adams officiating. Arrangements under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.

Rosary will be recited at 6 pm Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
