Lydia Marie Spears

Lydia Marie Spears, born on April 30, 1981 was born in Sapulpa, OK. She passed away on December 16, 2025, at the age of 44. Lydia gave her life to the Lord at the age of 12 and is a member of Freedom Grace Fellowship church. Her passions were teaching, counseling, reading, children and youth ministries. She loved her family and friends fiercely and most of all loved spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her father Martin Hunt, SR; grandparents Leona and Charles Daughtry and Freda and Delbert Reed.

She is survived by her husband Jason Spears; mother Sharon Hunt; three sons Lucas Spears, Allen Spears and Brandon Spears; brother and sister-in-law Martin and Madeline Hunt; Mother and father-in-law Charles and Nancy Spears; brother-in-law James Spears and sister-in-law Michele Spears plus a multitude of aunts, uncles cousins and other family.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 P.M. Friday, December 19, 2025 at East Funeral Home-Moores Lane

Memorial service will be 3 P.M. Saturday, January 3, 2026 at Freedom Grace Fellowship Church, 2401 Hazel Street, Texarkana, TX.
