Survivors include his daughter, Makayla Mullens of Wake Village, TX; father, Ronald Mullens of Texarkana, AR; mother, Sandra Mullens of Texarkana, Texas; sisters, Angela Clayton of Wake Village, TX and Deana Lunsford of Hurst, TX; brothers, Rod Elliot-Mullens and his wife Danette of Salem, OR and Adam Mullens of Texarkana, AR; plus a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the former IP Supervisor's Club off FM 3129 with Rev. Bart Gould officiating.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
